Our pieces are thoughtfully handcrafted and deserve gentle care.
– Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture, and sudden temperature changes
– Use a soft, dry cloth for regular cleaning — avoid abrasive materials and harsh chemicals
– For textiles like silk scarves, professional dry cleaning is recommended
– Paintings should never be washed with water or cleaning solutions; gently dust with a dry, soft brush and display away from damp areas or direct light

What is thermal shock, and why does it matter? + -

Ceramics expand and contract with temperature. Exposing them to sudden heat or cold can cause them to crack or break. To avoid thermal shock, allow pieces to come to room temperature naturally and avoid placing hot items on cold surfaces or vice versa.

Is there a return or exchange policy? + -
