Shipping Policy

Kyoto standard delivery is chargeable for all the shipping. We will be charging the actual shipping charges as per our logistic partner charges. We use a combination of courier partners like DTDC, and Shiprocket to deliver products across India. You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping address, location, and availability of the product(s). All deliveries are processed within 24 hours (except public holidays) from the time of placing your order.

We are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you as soon as possible and in perfect condition. The usual time taken is 1-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India, However, sometimes due to unforeseen reasons like public holidays, extreme weather conditions like floods, earthquakes, Tsunamis, Political disruptions, etc., there can be unexpected delays in deliveries too. An email, SMS, and Whatsapp notification will be sent with a link.
